Bierton Crematorium

Opened in 2019

Bierton Crematorium is situated in the heart of Buckinghamshire countryside in a quiet meadow in the Vale of Aylesbury. This makes it a convenient and ideal place to remember a loved one.

Our award-winning crematorium is near Aylesbury town centre, which is accessible from Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Luton, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and surrounding areas.

The Garden of Remembrance has scenic views which overlook the Vale of Aylesbury Hills.

The garden is lovingly looked after by our dedicated grounds and ecology manager and team, who ensure that our grounds create a tranquil space for reflection.

Designed for tradition

Our building has been designed with a considered approach to a traditional layout whilst incorporating different cultural needs and provide a respectful setting.

The Chapel provides a large naturally lit space with north-facing views through large windows onto a formal garden whilst shading and heat reduction are provided from the timber Brise soleil.

Bierton Crematorium were absolutely fantastic today. We were in the unfortunate position of being seriously held up by motorway accidents delaying our arrival at a parent's funeral. They were so kind, accommodating & understanding, delaying the funeral for a few minutes for us, reassuring & even liaising with the funeral director & chaplain. They made an awful situation so much better.

Thank you for the support given to me at the funeral of my brother, I conducted the service, and the chapel attendant was very welcoming and accommodating, especially as there was a slight discrepancy between the printed Order of Service and the music which the Funeral Director had requested. Bereavement support

We focus on not only providing a space for those with bereavement but also on supporting our surrounding communities and charity groups.  

We do this through planned events, community engagement, tours, fundraising and donations.
